Neil Sutherland estate agents was founded in Jan 2004 with the aim of making estate agency a more people friendly business. As an independent agent we look to be both professional, friendly and enthusiastic in our approach offering a high level of service but at a most competitive rate
We look to offer a personal, professional and friendly service to both buyers and sellers. We want to be different in our approach so that everybody that comes into contact with us feels comfortable, respected and looked after.

We are members of the Brighton and Hove Estate Agents Association and the Obudsman for Estate Agents (OEA). In short this means that we are governed by a strict code of conduct when dealing with both buyers and sellers.
