The Milburys partnership was formed in 1989 by Michael Butters & Jonathan Grant, experienced estate agents both of whom are actively involved in the day to day running of the business. The company name comes from the nearby hamlet of Milbury Heath, not far from Milburys original home in Castle Street, Thornbury.

Due to continued expansion we moved to bigger offices at the top of the High Street in 1999 followed by our Chipping Sodbury branch in 2003. Good customer relationships have always been the key to our business and all clients are treated with equal attention, be they private individuals, companies or national house builders.

Marketing Advice & Appraisals

A client’s first contact with Milburys is often in the comfort of their own home for a comprehensive market appraisal, followed up by a written report together with a summary of our terms & conditions. Having extensive experience in the local market place our valuations are demonstrated by providing information on similar properties we have already dealt with. We also recommend that you visit us at our offices to meet our team, see how your property will be displayed, and more importantly how we deal with potential buyers as they register. Reports are provided free of charge or obligation. Where prepared for probate, matrimonial or other purposes, a donation to our nominated charity, Age Concern, is appreciated.

When selling property we use all the media available to us - Newspaper, Magazines, Internet and Relocation Networks - however nothing beats personal service & sound local knowledge.
