How is Migratio different?
In the course of a move expenses invariably mount up and all too often there is nothing left in the pot at the end of the day for redecoration or even to order those finishing touches. At Migratio our overheads are shared between the Interior Design side of the business and the Property Consultancy. We would like all our clients to "live a little luxury" and have developed a formula whereby vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants all receive complimentary fabrics, wallpapers or accessories on completion of each property transaction.
Interior Design
On the Interior Design front we do appreciate that major projects can be a "mind blowing" experience for some and hence the advent of our Chelsea Harbour Design days in London - a marvellous way to spend a day immersed in all that Interior Design has to offer. At Migratio we don't pretend to cover all markets. Those looking for a single window blind are best served elsewhere but for multiple room or whole house contracts economics of sale play a vital part in pricing.
