Michelmore Hughes residential sales department is based in a prime town centre location in Totnes, the heart of the South Hams. A combination of strong local presence, historical connections and access to a wider audience through our Mayfair Office connection have seen the residential sales departments flourish. We concentrate our marketing campaigns primarily on older town and rural properties, or those with particularly unusual characteristics or close to water. Acting for a range of private individuals, institutions, family companies and trusts our agricultural division is based in Totnes and covers the whole of the South West together with an estate in Scotland. Lettings of dairy farms, moorland stock farms, sales of tenanted farms as investments and the acquisition of land for clients are matters regularly undertaken by our agricultural team
