Maunder Taylor
The firm has three Partners, two Associates and more than twenty other staff. Details of individual specialisms and experience are given on subsequent pages. The two Senior Partners, Bruce and Robert Maunder Taylor have been practicing in the firm for over thirty years. The third Partner, Nicholas Maunder Taylor qualified in 1995 and joined the partnership in 2002.
The Partnership has made a point of retaining it’s independence from control or ownership by financial institutions in order to be able to offer itself and its services from a completely objective and impartial point of view. The business of the Partnership is in control of those with long experience and training in the property field rather than by Administrators or Accountants from a head office remote from the property market and its activities.
