As one of the longest established agents in the village with a maturity of staff, we can offer our clients an unrivalled level of experience and service.
The East Horsley Office deals with the complete spectrum of house prices, starting with the few 1 bedroom flats in the Villages right through to the Prestige and Country Homes market in excess of £ 1million.
East Horsley is very much a village setting for the 2,500 homes, mostly on leafy private side roads, centring on the shops and station (Waterloo approximately 38 minutes).
The earliest of the East Horsley homes date back to the flint cottages of the 1800s, built by Lord Lovelace, followed by the traditional detached 1930's homes on private roads set out by “Chown”, with a limited number of new homes.
West Horsley and the neighbouring hamlets of East and West Clandon host some of the older period and beamed cottages. Surrounded by countryside and farmland with miles of walkways, yet only just outside the M25 with excellent road connections to London, the South and both Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
Our office is prominently situated in the centre of the village with short stay parking outside.
