Being a local independent lettings agent, and as landlords ourselves, we understand the need for a professional and efficient service. Our lettings fee is only 8% and the comprehensive management service costs an additional 4%. These fees represent fantastic value for money as we believe the levels of service we offer far exceed that of any common high street lettings agents.
