LS1 Ltd is a management company working on behalf of LS1 and M1 City Apartments
specialising in Sales, Rentals, Property Management and Interior Design for city centre based residential property. LS1 was incorporated in December 2000 opening its first retail presence in Leeds in July 2001, its meteoric rise has been the catalyst for the subsequent opening of M1 in Manchester towards the end of January 2005. LS1 has trademarked and registered 12 businesses in cities throughout the UK with a view to managing and providing a nationwide service for investors, landlords, tenants and owner occupiers who recognize the benefits of urban regeneration.
