Lota Properties is a Leeds based family business who have been renting properties to students, mainly in Headingley, Leeds, since 1982. Since September 2004, we have expanded our business with a new office in a prime location on Roundhay Road, Leeds, to fill the growing need for professional rental properties, particularly in the Harehills, Roundhay, Alwoodley, Chapel Allerton and Moortown areas.
We provide a full property management service to landlords, a complete property matching service for tenants, and have now added services for people aiming to sell or buy a property.
