Since formation in 1997, Letting Solutions has grown rapidly to become by far the largest residential letting and property management agency in West Lothian. This has happened because we put our clients, both tenants and landlords/investors first.
We are an independent company, not a franchise, with long standing local experience and contacts.
Service, safety and security are key words for both tenants and landlords/investors in their involvement in property rental, and we are totally committed to providing this environment for all our clients.
Our membership of the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) - a lettings industry-wide accreditation body - offers peace of mind to tenants and landlords/investors through the knowledge that they are dealing with a firm which provides defined levels of customer service, and has the necessary insurances and stability to protect their clients' moneys such as tenants' deposits, rent etc.
