First of all, LetsCo works a little differently, we're an on line agency. You can contact us by telephone week days until 7.30pm, most Saturdays and Bank Holidays (mornings only). We will come and see your property, or do viewings, most evenings and/or at weekends.
LetsCo is a small, but very effective, company specialising in rental property management. Most importantly, we don't charge the earth and our service is excellent.We care for your property as if it were our own (even if it's Sunday at 10pm!).
LANDLORDS - We know that buying a property is one of the largest single investments you will make; so when you decide to rent out your home or buy-to-let property, you the want peace of mind of knowing that your investment or home is being properly cared for. We are landlords ourselves so we know how you feel, and do our very best to look after your investment.
TENANTS - We are actually tenant-friendly! We believe that a happy tenant is a good tenant, so we make sure you get all the help and advice you need. Our charges are extremely reasonable, (click on the 'Tenants' page for more info on charges and services). Please note as a general rule our properties are non smoking, bills are not included in the rent per calendar month quoted and pets are only allowed by some landlords, but please ask.
