Lester Smith Ltd is a young independent company based in Battersea, South West London. We provide an investment, lettings and management service, which has been developed solely for residential property investors and investment companies.
The directors of Lester Smith are two brothers, one a Chartered Surveyor, the other a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, who between them have over 20 years experience in the property industry.
The company was set up in 2000 to meet the demands of professional property investors who were disappointed with the service often provided by the "High Street" Estate Agents. We have listened to the requirements of both our Landlords and our Tenants to develop a service that fulfils their demands, gives value for money and ensures a smooth running tenancy.
