Leicester Premier Estate Agents were launched in 2002 from superb corner show room premises on Charles Street in The City Centre. With a particular focus on customer service, coupled with the use of the latest I.T. systems to provide fast and effective marketing using internal photographs and floor plans, we very quickly established ourselves as one of the leading City Estate Agents. Our second branch on Fosse Road North opened during 2004 in response to feedback from vendors in Newfoundpool, Tudor Road and Groby Road areas that there was not an agent locally who could provide a personal service backed up by City Centre marketing

Autumn 2007 sees a major expansion with the opening of our superb flagship branch in Blaby, and a fourth office on Queens Road in the thriving Clarendon Park area. Both of these offices have an opening offer with a superb discounted selling fee of just 0.5% plus v.a.t. Our fifth office on Melton Road in Syston is due to open by the end of 2007.

Our focus remains on customer service and a friendly professional attitude, as a result our share of the market is growing constantly and we are delighted with the number of recommendations we have received from clients whose property we have sold.
