We are a small independent estate agency specialising mainly in the Letting of residential properties and Maintenance with a series of 0% commission schemes designed for landlords, we do however have a dedicated sales team who offer an exceptional service for a sole agency fee of 0.5%.
We cover the following areas of South West London, Balham, Clapham, Tooting, Streatham, Brixton, Thornton Heath, Norbury and Croydon. However we are an independent estate agents and are therefore flexible and will consider the needs of the vendor, landlord or tenants should the need arise to cover alternative areas.
