Lee and Lindars commenced trading in Headington, Oxford in 1996 at our office on Windmill Road.
We offer an independent alternative to the high-street corporate and are proficient in handling residential sales, lettings and property management with the benefits of both local and 'national' coverage.
We deal with all types of property sales and are particularly adept at handling the unusual or non-standard instruction, which more volume-orientated agencies may be less eager to deal with.
Our letting portfolio is wide-ranging, covering all types and sizes of self-contained accommodation, from urban studio apartments to distinctive country residences. We handle tenants from all walks of life, including singles, couples, families, professional sharers and students.
We offer varying levels of service, from our 'full management' package, down to a basic 'find and set up' service. All our service levels include a professionally executed inventory and schedule of condition as standard, unless specifically declined.
We are fully bonded under the National Association of Estate Agents Money Protection Scheme with regards to handling clients money. This provides peace of mind for landlords and tenants alike. We also hold professional indemnity liability insurance as a requirement of NAEA membership.
