Prior to setting up the company in 1998, the Managing Directors of Larkfleet Homes Group served as joint Managing Directors of Allison Homes which was established over 40 years ago and is regarded as one of the finest house builders in the region. The management team established Larkfleet Homes Group to fulfil the needs of discerning homeowners by providing a range of high quality, stylish properties.

Before embarking on any development our team consults closely with local planners, paying careful attention to the style and design of each individual property as well as to the plan of the development as a whole. This is to ensure that each new development harmonises with, and enhances, its surroundings.

Great care is taken with the quality and the finish of each property and the choice of building materials used. Thoughtful planning ensures that our new homes complement existing neighbouring properties and blend in with their surroundings. We also aim to minimise the impact of each development on the natural environment, retaining mature trees and hedgerows wherever possible.
