Larards Lets was established in 2003 as the result of a management buy-out upon the retirement of former partners John and Stephen Larard. We are a market leading company, completely independent of any other estate agency or letting chain, with a progressive, innovative and forward looking attitude, yet incorporating values stemming from a 100 year old highly regarded family run business.

We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), operating to a Code of Practice far higher than the law requires thereby protecting the financial interests of landlords and tenants. We are accredited by the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) and represent our clients on the Hull & District Landlords Association.
