We are an independent company specialising in Residential Lettings and Property Management offering a complete service to INVESTMENT LANDLORDS and TENANTS.
We are fully focused on the priorities and needs of the Landlord and Tenant and unlike estate agents our loyalties are not divided by dealing with property sales and mortgages.
We understand that letting or renting a property, especially for the first time, can be a daunting experience and with this in mind our most important consideration is to provide the best possible service and advice to ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible.
Areas Covered
As well as covering our local area we have a strong presence in Farnham, Aldershot, Ash Vale and Guildford. We always require properties in these areas.
Competitive Rates
We offer all-inclusive competitive fees for both Full Management and Tenant Find Only, with no hidden extras. We are particularly committed to INVESTMENT LANDLORDS to whom we offer free advice on property choice. We are happy to visit potential rental properties with Landlords before they commit to purchase. We do NOT charge Administration/Entry Fees to TENANTS.
A Personal Service
We pride ourselves in offering a personal and friendly service, whilst at the same time maintaining a high standard of competence and professionalism. Our service includes advice on decoration and repairs that may be necessary to bring a property up to a suitable standard for letting.
Insurance for Landlord and Tenants
Our Referencing Company can offer competitively priced Rent Guarantee and Legal Expenses Cover and we can provide details of an independant Insurance Broker to cover other insurance requirements.
