Scince 1997; we have seen changes in the property market which have all been positive in particular massive increases in the 'Buy To Let' rental boom, in which we at Kingsbridge find ourselves heavily involved in. The private Landlord we feel requires and in fact should expect from any managing agent a hands on personal service which is something we pride ourselves on, as you see we don't have a detached administration department miles from our office to deal with your property once it is let, we don't in fact have hundreds of properties that we manage (unlike boasts of other companies), we don't even boast countless members of staff earning commission to let your property whatever way they can, nor do we even have a shop front!!!!!

An all functional computer assisted office next to based in East London with staff who own the company, who are at the end of a phone when needed and in fact stretch across their desks to get your file (yes its that close). Staff who are acutely aware of the pitfalls and worries of landlords and to this offer a rent guarantee scheme just to get you started. Staff who know their limitations and limit the number of properties they take on to ensure that the services offered will not be compromised by work loads. Staff who are Fellows of the National Association of Estate Agents and The National Appoved Lettings Scheme and therefore governed by the strict rule and regulations of that body

Our Fee is 10% + VAT of the Monthly Rent for Full Management (or as low as 8% + vat for multiple properties)
