Being an independent estate agent means we're free to give you good, objective advice. We opened in July 2000 with the aim of specialising in the areas of Bishopston, St. Andrews, Montpelier, Horfield and Cotham. In that time we've become the area's leading agent with an established and deserved reputation for knowing the local market better than the rest. Both partners not only live in the area and have children attending local schools, but they also have over 30 year's of combined experience in agency. As a company we are totally committed to being an important part of the vibrant local community and have supported local schools and events through sponsorship and fundraising since our inception.
In May, 2006, we opened our second branch in Chandos Road, Redland, dealing with residential sales in Redland, Kingsdown, Cotham and Clifton.
