Who are we?
We are a new establishment based on the borders of Chalk Farm and Hampstead. We have a wealth of quality experience and sound knowledge in the field of North London Estate Agency.
What do we do?
Our primary services include Sales, Lettings and Property Management: -
1. Sales
Simply put, we pride ourselves on our networking, knowledge and efficiency.
With our large database of applicants our sales department is achieving record prices and since the introduction of HIPs (Home Information Packs) we have dramatically reduced our ‘turnover time’ average to just six weeks.
2. Lettings
We at Karrots understand the importance of both the financial implications and the stress involved with letting property. Our staff are trained to increase income through renting and to provide you with a level of customer service that will take the headache out of letting.
3. Property Management
Karrots are committed to finding solutions for the usual hassles surrounding property management. With us, there is no need to worry about utility transfers, rent payment, inspections, complaints, keys or empty periods. All you have to worry about is enjoying the rent coming in with regular updates and most importantly, regular payments directly into your account.
