We are aware of the importance of regualr inspections, tailored contractual agreements and the deployment of trades whenever necessary at the right price. (whilst on the subject of maintenance), we will endeavor to replace and repair items whenever possible i.e. cutain rails, cupboard doors etc, therefore, only charging you only for the replacement items required to complete the work.
