John Whiteman & Company was set up in 1989 by the principal after 30 years of experience in London and South West Herts. The company developed further and expanded by moving into the residential lettings and sales markets, and now has three separate offices managed by experienced directors and is one of the largest independent practises of Chartered Surveyors in the area.

We are proud to offer professional advice on a wide range of property matters. We have collective experience in excess of 150 years in the profession. John Whiteman & Company incorporate specialist departments dealing with residential sales in Bushey Heath, Bushey Village and Oxhey Village, residential lettings and management of individual properties and lots of flats, professional services and commercial property.

Our aim is to provide a first class professional property service. Small enough to provide a personal service at the highest level to our clients but large enough to cover fully the markets in which we operate, whilst appreciating that our clients require full knowledge of our progress in all aspects of our dealings with them.

John Whiteman & Company is committed to the ethics of the professional bodies, which includes the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Association of Residential Letting Agents, and we apply their regulations to our day-to-day actions.
