We are a small, independent letting agency, based in the historic city of Wells in Somerset.
We offer a wide range of properties for residential letting, from town houses and flats to secluded country cottages.
Formed in 1995 by the proprietor Jill Meadows after completing over ten years service as an employee within the estate agency and lettings industry.
We currently manage over seventy properties and introduce tenants to many more. We believe our success is based on the quality of the properties we offer combined with our experience and knowledge of the locality.
Wells offers convenient access to the cities of Bristol and Bath (approximately 20 miles away). The towns of Glastonbury, Street, Shepton Mallet and Cheddar are all close by and there is good access to the M5 motorway and A303.
