Many negotiators working for corporate agents with large property registers find it difficult to build up relations with their clients. Staff have little knowledge of their clients' properties and are then expected to negotiate the best possible deal.

At James Sellicks there is always a member of staff available in the office who has seen the property and met the vendor clients and is therefore in a position to talk knowledgeably about the property and its surroundings.

Negotiations are personally handled by the Partner who carried out the initial valuation and who is in the best position to understand our clients requirements.
