I have been in the residential property business, in my corner of North London, for many years, working for a number of professional companies in senior roles.
The nature of the business results in great difficulties for medium/ large organisations to offer the kind of personal service and diligence that our business should offer to clients, Letting a VALUABLE personal asset from a Landlords point of view is a huge responsibility. Placing a tenant into his/her HOME is equally a huge responsibility. I take these responsibilities very seriously.
That is why I am now working on my own. I don't employ a large number of staff. I don't take on any commission just to pay overheads. I choose my clients just as they choose me and I dedicate myself to offering the personal service these responsibilities demand.
Landlords - I will let your property and Tenants - I will find the home you are looking for. It will always be ME at the end of the phone and at the viewing, meeting or discussions.
