Hunters was set up in 1999 with a dream to create a 'personal approach' estate agency unlike any others, giving customers a first class, stress free service. Disappointed by many years of personal experiences, working within the property market, we wanted to offer a service that was set apart from the rest. It was important to practice what we preached, with the primary objective being to take the stress out of the process and provide an outstanding service experience to the customer.
Our emphasis is on creating an open and honest relationship with all of our customers, where each customer receives a personal service tailored to their needs. Our customers have names, not numbers. This high level of personal service has been made possible by adopting the latest technology, best agency practice, highly trained, quality staff and operating with business integrity.

To strengthen our commitment to our customers and show true pedigree, we have chosen to be directly answerable to the Ombudsman for Estate Agents and Lettings Agents, a Member Firm of the National Association of Estate Agents which requires us to uphold the highest standards, and also work with the 'Approved' code of the Office of Fair Trading. However, we see our biggest achievement to date is to have been invited to be a Home Sale Network Member and as a result, winning Best Local Agent awards for the last 6 years. The only selected agent across Mid Sussex.
We have made a serious commitment to marketing through the internet and you will find us on every major website including Rightmove, Sussex Life and Findaproperty, to name just a few, with live feeds continually from our own site, which is updated daily. In addition, we market in both the Property News and Property Plus papers and regularly contribute in additional magazines such as Latest Homes, which we believe lift our customer's properties to a much higher level with the "buying" market.
We have a proven track record in ensuring that we give feedback from viewings to all of our customers within 48 hours (often quicker), we generally accompany viewings to alleviate the pressure on the sellers, and when we receive offers we make certain the buyer can afford to buy through our own in-house Independent Financial Advisor and follow the progress through the conveyancing system closely, jumping the hurdles before you know they have appeared.
