Our Corgi registered engineers are able to carry out the gas inspection, while our electrician will check all appliances and report back if anything fails to comply and repairs will be carried out as necessary. Any charges in relation to the above safety issues will be deducted from the rental payment and itemised on your monthly statement.

When a prospective tenant applies for a property we take up a comprehensive range of references to confirm their employment and bank status etc. We hold a security deposit on account and in the event of any damages or dilapidation that may have occurred during the tenancy all costs are deducted from the deposit.
