HPD Lettings
February 2008 saw the opening of HPD Lettings in Havant, specialising in both residential and commercial lettings.
Over the last six months we have been carrying out research into the lettings market in the Havant area and have identified a need for an independent letting agent that puts the customer first.
We realise just how stressful it can be to find a property to rent so we have implemented an effective system for matching clients with available properties which helps take the aggravation away from the client.
Branch Manager Marc Rines brings years of experience in the property industry to the new business having previously worked for two of the UK’s largest estate agency groups in the local area.
We at HPD plan to bring a fresh, modern approach to the lettings market in Havant and the surrounding areas by offering landlords a full management service at very competitive rates. We offer a wide range of properties both furnished and unfurnished and also take DHSS clients so are able to cater for all requirements.
