COMPANY HISTORY
Having been conceived by Frederick M. Hooper, FSVA (deceased) and John S Hooper, FNAEA, HOOPERS was established in early 1984 and has become one of the leading forces in Estate Agency in the north-west London area. Although originally handling all property matters, the firm has now been moulded into a three branch firm, specializing in the sale and rental of residential property.
The company is headed by John S Hooper, who has been a practicing Estate Agent for over 25 years and has a wealth of experience in property matters. He operates from the Neasden Shopping centre office at 258 Neasden Lane. The branch at 360 Neasden Lane North is currently managed by Kirit Patel BSc (Surveying), who has been a practicing Estate Agent for over 9 years. . The office at 734 Kenton Road is currently managed by Mark Coden MNAEA who has been a practicing Estate Agent for over 15 years. John Hooper and his managers are ably assisted by an experienced team of sales negotiators and administration staff. The Lettings Department is run by Manish Bhatt with the support of Jeremy Wayne of Flatt & Houseman, for property management.

The Neasden offices specialise in selling and letting flats and houses in the London NW2 and NW10 postal areas whilst the primary work of the Kenton Road office is the selling of houses and flats in Kingsbury, Kenton and Queensbury. Additionally, all offices offer financial services via Graham Speller of Chekins James Associates. The company also offers a professional valuation service for probate, matrimonial and capital gains tax purposes.
