HomeTrax was established in 1992 with the aim of satisfying a growing demand for a specialised Residential Letting & Property Management Agency within the West Surrey / West Sussex border area. The Company is located in Cranleigh, Surrey.
HomeTrax manages an extensive private and corporately owned residential portfolio in the greater Guildford, West Surrey and West Sussex areas. The Company is managed by two partners and full time administrative staff. HomeTrax is a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and is registered under the Data Protection Act 1984.
