Homes Matter provide Estate Agency services throughout Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, from Barnet to Luton, St Albans to Watford.

We are different to traditional Estate Agents in that we charge a fixed fee of only £799 irrespective of the value of the property, rather than a percentage fee. We operate on a no-sale, no-fee basis and there is no upfront payment or hidden extra costs involved.

Not all agents advertise on the Internet. Some rely solely on newspaper advertising. Some only advertise on Rightmove. Where do other Agents you are considering, advertise?

It is estimated that Homes Matter properties can be accessed on over 300 websites with an online audience of over 10 million buyer sessions per month. These include Rightmove, the No 1 property site; PropertyFinder; Findaproperty; Fish4Homes; AOL; MSN; Sky; Tiscali; Channel 4; The Times; Guardian; Daily Mail and Telegraph newspaper websites plus over 180 local newspaper websites. Our advertising can also be seen on major search engines such as Google and Yahoo as well as on property-related sites such as Nethouseprices; EstateAngels and Email4property. We are in the Yellow Pages and also arrange leaflet drops promoting our services, from time to time.

We will also advertise your property on our website, through a for-sale board and direct to registered buyers on our database. Newspaper advertising is far less important these days to sell property, but we do advertise in selected papers, from time to time.

We are members of the Ombudsman Scheme to protect your interests
We operate with traditional values of honesty, integrity and professionalism. We are bound by the Ombudsman's codes of practice and adhere to strict trading standards. Only around 2/3rds of Agents are members of the Scheme and therefore you have no independent redress if you appoint an Agent who is not a member of the scheme.
