If you see anything you like, call us on 020 7734 8660 or e-mail us at info@hminternational.co.ukWe are happy to show you as many of our apartments as you would like to see, and, of course, there is no charge for any viewings. Viewings are conducted from Monday to Friday from 10am-6pm
If you like an apartment, please let us know by 11:00 on the following working day. We will pass your offer on to the landlord for his acceptance.
You will need to pay a holding deposit of one weeks rent for us to stop marketing the apartment to other applicants for 5 working days so we can check your references. If you fail the reference check, or the landlord decides not to proceed, you will have this holding deposit returned in full. This deposit is non-returnable if you change your mind. Your references will be checked by an independent referencing company, and we will provide you with all necessary forms and assistance in making this application
Providing your references are satisfactory, we will draw up a draft agreement for your inspection. If there is anything with which you are not clear, you should take independent legal advice.
The agreement will be signed on the day of moving in to the property, provided that all moneys due have been paid in clear funds.
Then you will be an appointment to check in and the apartment will become your home for the length of your agreement.
Our charge for the taking of references and all other administration is £80.00 + VAT
