We are the managing agent for Hackney, Waltham Forest and Tower Hamlet councils in their private sector leasing, as well as the accredited agent for Newham. We manage properties anywhere in East London on behalf of the above local authorities on a 3 year guaranteed rent. We pay market rent and do not charge any commission on these schemes.
We also have extensive contacts in the big blue chip companies for company lets.

Our landlords also have access to their accounts on a secure website at any time they wish.
