Hodgson Elkington LLP is a medium sized firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants incorporating the Residential Lettings Department.

The offices are located close to the Lincoln bypass which provide professional and management services covering Lincolnshire and East Nottinghamshire.

The staff have a wealth of professional experience and, within our Residential Lettings Department, our Senior Property Manager is a Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of ARLA.

Hodgson Elkington LLP are founder members of ARLA, with one senior member of staff being the Regional Representative for Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire, who also sits on the Members Advisory Forum.

Full client accounting services are used to protect client’s income and the company have Professional Indemnity Insurance to cover all aspects of the management of property.
