Hinton and Bloxham was founded in 1994 by Mark Hinton and Martin Bloxham. We are both local residents who had already enjoyed many years success working in senior positions for other firms. Despite the then difficult market conditions we knew that Harrow was ready for the revival of traditional, independent estate agency and took the bold step of opening our doors to offer a dynamic, personal service with unrivalled local knowledge.
Our aim then, as now, was to provide the open, honest advice that everyone needs when moving home. This refreshing approach has been incredibly popular and although many others have since tried to imitate us, without our natural enthusiasm and desire to progress, no-one can ever take our position as the market leading agent, now with three branches locally.
During the past decade we have brought together a team of talented and experienced staff who are equally committed to our values. We have also been quick to embrace the modern marketing trends and technology that give our customers an edge in a highly competitive market. We now have three departments specialising in residential sales, residential lettings and mortgage services, plus a large network of recommended support businesses including solicitors, tradesmen and removal companies.
