At Heritable Estates we are a property company that own and manage our own stock of flats. We operate mainly in South Kensington, Kensington and Chelsea and we specialise in affordable accommodation consisting of studio and one bedroom flats.
As our properties are in well known residential areas they benefit from very good communications with buses, underground stations and shopping facilities all close to hand.
We have a range of accommodation which is particularly suitable for students and are only 10 minutes walk from Imperial College.
We are conveniently close to the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Science Museum, the Natural History Museum, Christie’s of South Kensington, Harvey Nichols, Kings Road, Peter Jones and a wide range of convenience stores, restaurants, bars and late night shops.
We also have a selection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats close to Sloane Square. All of our flats are available for a minimum duration of six months.
