We’re big enough to trust and small enough to care. We started building g&w homes just over 5 years ago. But our experience goes back much further than that. g&w’s founding partners, Matthew Greenwood and Antony Wood, had many years of senior level experience with national housebuilding companies. So they knew how to get it right, and even more importantly how it could go wrong!
g&w set out to build great houses for people to really enjoy living in. Keeping a tight team of experienced people is vital to constantly achieving that aim. Everyone at g&w has that aim in mind, from the guys and girls on site, back to our central office in Halifax. We want to see g&w buyers with smiles on their faces.
