Greenwood & Company is an established and independent firm of Lettings and Management Agents specialising in residential property in Surrey and Hampshire. We pride ourselves on an enthusiastic and personal approach that is second to none. We manage a portfolio of some 400 properties for private landlords, companies and large investors. Needless to say our depth of knowledge within the lettings industry is extensive.
We are members of the National Association of Estate Agents (N.A.E.A.) ensuring a high standard of customer service and sound professional advice. We are also approved by The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) and are bound by the code of practice providing security and peace of mind. In addition, all clients' money is bonded.
We are Premier Homelet Agents and are able to guarantee landlords rent for a small one off charge (usually between £50.00 and £100.00) ask a member of staff for further details.

Our letting list is mailed to corporate clients, relocation agents - who are seeking accommodation on behalf of companies, and major government departments.
