Garton Jones Real Estate was established in 2003 by Charlie and Miranda Garton-Jones. As a small but highly motivated team, we aim to exceed our clients’ expectations using our experience, local knowledge and professionalism. We aspire to providing the most comprehensive and effective support to our clients.
From our offices in Mayfair and Chelsea Bridge Wharf we cover the whole of central London, offering sales, lettings and property management. We have particular expertise in new developments, helping developers to market their properties overseas, and putting together block deals with City of London financial institutions.
Central to our business is a belief that the process of buying or renting should be as stress-free as possible. Our strength is the time that we spend with potential buyers. We call ourselves "real estate brokers" rather than "estate agents" partly due to the amount of international clients we deal with and partly because our approach is more customer orientated than is traditional.
