Our History
Friend and Falcke is an independent firm of Estate Agents, Property Consultants, Surveyors and Valuers, established in 1959, and now with offices covering Central South West London. As well as Sales Offices, we also specialise in Residential Lettings, Management and Advising clients in their purchases of Residential and Investment Properties.
Independence
We take great pride in being independent, free from the constraints of corporate structures that other agents are beholden to. It is this independence that gives us greater flexibility in our approach to marketing.
Coverage
We have offices in Barnes, Belgravia, Chelsea, Clapham and Fulham and have unrivalled knowledge in these areas.
People
Our people are fundamental to our business and our reputation we have a team of 35 all with a tremendous wealth of knowledge and experience in their specialist market.
Our team are all offered and indeed encouraged to take part in as many relevant industry courses as possible because we believe the better and more knowledgeable we are the better our service to our clients.
