Freeman Forman, Cranbrook
Freeman Forman was formed in 1989 to specialise in the sale of Country Houses in the East Sussex area.
Over the following 15 years the firm increased with a network of offices in East Sussex and Kent. The range of services was expanded and currently covers all sectors of the residential property market as well as the Commercial property market. In addition there is a Professional Services Department and Residential Lettings are carried out by Freeman Forman Lettings.
In 2004 the firm was acquired by Countrywide plc the largest Estate Agency in the UK. However, Freeman Forman continues to run as a stand alone subsidiary with the service and backing that a large organisation, such as Countrywide, can provide.
Currently the network of 11 offices is believed to be the largest network in the East Sussex and Kent Wealden area.
Members of the Freeman Forman Management Team have continuous experience in Estate Agency which totals over 200 years.
Recently Freeman Forman have formed an association with the long established firm of John D Wood & Co. based in London, and this association benefits our vendors by enabling us to expose their property ''to a bigger and better market''.
Among the benefits to our vendor clients are the John D Wood & Co. Press Office, which is instrumental in obtaining national press coverage for our properties, and an extensive family of websites including Primelocation, which expose our clients properties to an estimated potential audience in the region of 250,000 per day.
Together with extensive high quality local advertising, Freeman Forman’s own website and the Rightmove property portal, we believe that Freeman Forman offer high quality service and our clients and applicants have an assurance in our membership of the Ombudsman Scheme for Estate Agents.
