Forsure Property Management is an Independent family owned business, which is dedicated to finding you the right property to move to, or to let out. We are a company which prides itself upon speed, efficiency and a professional service, for both landlords and tenants alike.
We offer a Let only or Let and Management service, which offers a 24 hour call out to tenants. We accompany all our viewings and set time aside to ensure the right tenant is found for your property.
We do not charge any administration fees to tenants, and offer a low management fee to landlords of 7% and No vat.
We have a variety of short and long term tenancies available to suit your needs. We cover all areas, but particularly excel in the Essex sector, i.e. Southend, Leigh on Sea, Canvey Island, Basildon, Hadleigh, Benfleet, Harwich, and many more.
We are always in need of new landlords no matter whether you own one property or a portfolio, for our waiting tenants.
