The business was established by Roger Follwell in 1991 and later progressed into a partnership with Keith Lovewell, both partners have previously worked in large property firms in the local area throughout their professional careers. Operating from their current Newcastle premises since 1991, in 1999 a branch office was opened in Market Drayton, giving coverage into the Shropshire & Cheshire borders.
