First Time Buyers Centre – is a residential estate agency originally set up to provide packages and advice for - yes you’ve guessed - first time buyers. Since then we have branched out to cover other areas of the housing market with properties up to £200000. We do not sell houses for the general public, but specialise in homes being offered by property developers. We operate in the Tameside area only.
We also have a rental department – First Lettings - and manage a large number of properties, again in the Tameside area.

Mortgage advice – for buyers, remortgages, buy to lets etc. We do not charge a fee for providing mortgage advice or a broking fee on completion ( in most cases)

Insurance - For mortgage related insurances - Household insurance, life insurance, sickness, accident and redundancy cover
House Purchase - Houses bought quickly for cash - any condition. Rent - back schemes sometimes available.
