Concentrating on the London Borough of Richmond, including Richmond, Twickenham, Teddington and The Hamptons, as well as the surrounding areas of Sunbury, Molesey and Thames Ditton, Finesse are able to offer a high level of local knowledge and a personal approach to Landlords and Tenants.

Provide Tenancy Agreement
Set up direct debit and collect first two month's rentals
Management Service (10%):
As introduction service but also includes:
Rental Collection on behalf of Landlord
Main point of contact for Tenant for all queries.
Discounted Maintenance Call Out Charges.
Each Management Package is tailor made to suit each individual Landlord.
Inventory Reports
With the new Deposit Protection Scheme it is imperative for Tenants and Landlords to have a comprehensive Inventory Report compiled and agreed prior to the Tenancy commencing. Finesse are able to compile comprehensive Inventory Reports with photographic back up.
Maintenance
Finesse started as a Maintenance company and prides itself on quality and reliability. With two full-time maintenance staff and numerous contractors, Finesse are able to offer extremely competitive prices for all types of maintenance work.
Refurbishment
Finesse have extensive experience in refurbishing properties and landlords use these services when improving a property prior to renting or sale. These services range from redecoration and re-roofing, to loft conversions and extensions.
Finesse are able to offer Inventory, Maintenance and Refurbishment services independently of our Lettings and Management Services.
