What we’re building
Explore Living will build homes for everyone: houses and apartments for first-time buyers, singles, couples, young families, established families, retirees and investors.
Our activities will initially focus on the South-East of England, with developments in Kent, Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey and Essex, but we will soon be expanding nationwide.
While Explore Living is a new company, we are the residential arm of one of Britain’s biggest and most prestigious construction companies, Laing O’Rourke plc.
