Our roots can be traced back to 1759, when Thomas Davis, the founder of the firm, traded as a valuer and auctioneer. Dreweatt Neate has now grown into a firm of 24 partners with offices housing more than 250 staff spanning Southern England.
The firm has always retained a philosophy of honesty and integrity in all its practice areas and for this reason many of our partners and staff hold respected positions amongst their communities and peers. In all our practice areas we integrate our services so that clients with varied or multiple property interests can find all the advice needed through our firm.
Investment in our staff is key, believing that if our colleagues are enthusiastic about their role this will reflect in the service provided to clients. The firm has retained Investors in People accreditation for several years.
