London N4 comprises mainly of Finsbury Park and Stroud Green, lying immediately north of Highbury and south of Crouch End.
There is a diverse range of shops in the area, and Stroud Green Road is becoming increasingly well known for its busy restaurants. Access to the West End and City is fast and easy, with the tube (Victoria and Piccadilly lines) and main line (Moorgate and Kings Cross terminal) at Finsbury Park Station.
Typical local properties are late Victorian (mainly 1870 to 1890), with a range of sizes from 1 bedroom flats to 3 bedroom artisan cottages to substantial 3 floor houses with 5 or more bedrooms.
