Cryers Estate Agents have been established since 1930, and continue to operate as a family run business specialising in student and residential lettings, property management, investment sales and commercial freeholds.
We believe we manage the largest portfolio of privately owned student accommodation in Southampton (specialising in the Polygon properties), and we also deal with a large number of clients on a Let Only basis.
Our residential lettings department has grown considerably in recent years with a dedicated team dealing with the Southampton area renting to professionals and families.
Having such a large lettings portfolio our Sales Department deals predominantly with Investment Properties (buy to let) from single studio apartments to blocks of flats, either suitable for letting or with tenants in place.
We recognise that a high quality independent approach enables us to offer a full personal service towards our client. We pride ourselves on our high levels of customer care, and our detailed working knowledge of Southampton and its surroundings. This, together with our professional staff assists us in providing the type of service that landlords and tenants require.
